A refund can only be done if the product is found not in good state at the time of delivery or if there are any technical or physical damages seen on the product before installation
All purchases and payments made for solar products and services are non-refundable once the installation process has commenced or the product has been delivered.
In the event of any cancellation prior to the commencement of the installation process or delivery of products, a refund may be granted, subject to a cancellation fee and any applicable costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing the necessary details of your purchase and reasons for cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.
Refund can also be done if the delivered product is different from the one paid for.
